How to change iPhone 6S cannot pass the root process

Repair Process 

This iPhone was fixed before, so root it and test it. But it still reports the error code 4013. Observing the motherboard, we find the weld marks on motherboard baseband chip and baseband power chip, as shown in picture 2-37 and 2-38.

doing BGA Reballing Stencil again and weld the baseband chip as well as the baseband power chip. Then connect it to computer to root. We can see the white Apple logo appears and it gets stuck at the grey progress bar. Based on the repairing experience, we know that this kind of trouble is caused by NAND Flash IC. Use multimeter to test each power supply circuit of NAND Flash and they are normal. Remove the old NAND and replace it with a fine removed NAND Flass. It can enter activation interface, so we are sure the NAND Flash is damaged.

The faulty NAND Flash is shown in picture 2-39.

After replacing a new NAND Flash, it can enter the system normally. Trouble is removed.

IPhone 6P Front Camera and Distance Sensor Fault

Received a iPhone 6 Plus, the customer said that the front camera can not be used, and the distance sensor has problem too. The two failures are concentrated on the front camera flex cable, which is likely to be caused by the damage of the wiring. First, we have to eliminate the possibility of the external parts fault, then consider the motherboard problem. Remove the screen assembly and replace it with a good one, we still can't turn on the front camera and use the distance sensor. Disassemble to measure the ground resistance of the front camera seat of J1111 by Fluke digital multimeter , it is found that several pins are infinitely large, and the related inductors are loose when touch with the pen.
